I started taking pregnacare plus this month cos earlier I was taking folic and fersonate and I notice I started having having pains around my upper belly.... I want to stop and buy obron 6. My question is, does obron 6 has any side effect? And hope it won't affect my baby d way I am switching medicine. Thank you
