If u can't afford d max..Go for d plus...If u can't afford d plus den go 4 ordinary pregnacare...pregnacare has all d vitamins except cod liver oil nd calcium

Pregnantcare does not contain enough folic acid needed for your babies development so you need to add folic acid to it but you can't take ferosolate with it
