U can be using it interchangeably I. e if u use pregnacare today u can use ur routine drugs the following day... Dat was the advise my doctor gave wen I sake for his opinion thou

Ngwu vivian, has just hit the nail on the head. Pregnant care is very good ,but does not contain the required quantity of folic acid we need during pregnancy.

Either routine drugs or pregnant care, pregantcare increase the weight of the baby depends on your body system, I used it like two months and continued with my routine drugs, folate,folic acid and calcium
