As long as its not a severe pain then its nothing to worry about like Tolu said ur uterus nd ligaments are expanding

To some extent it is normal as a ftm. Ur uterus is expanding & ur ligaments are stretching for d 1st time, so u may feel some cramps but if it is severe pls consult ur doctor
