Yes u can but little pineaple becos it aids dilation which could cause miscarriage but body is also diff anyways just do it moderately and not every time for now

To be on a safer side, don't. Pineapple helps to soften uterus for easy delivery in the third trimester and so might cause miscarriage in the first 3 months.
