My dear I started taking pineapple and all manner of fruits from day one till I put to bed at 36weeks,my baby was 2.4kg at birth but she 8.7kg now, she will be 5months on 9th of this month.My dear don't bother urself about anything cos you are not the one that made urself pregnant,just let God finish what he has already started.The journey of my pregnancy and delivery was exciting nd smooth,the Lord who did it for me will definitely do the same for you,just put ur trust on Him.

u can start anytime to take ur fruit n zobo. i think 36 weeks is 9 months so baby born at dis month is term baby and is safe. sleeping side is safe in pregnancy no matter d month. weneva u have back ache try to do light exercise like taking a walk, cleaning the house. i hope dis help.
