Gd morning mums and docs in the house, my baby of 9months had vomiting and stooling on Monday which I took him to the hospital, he was given ORS, zinc and linex which he is still taking though the stool is a bit better but he still passes much stool with much water inside and he is also having night fever which I checked this morning to be 37.9degree Celsius with tiny rashes all over his body. Plz any advice
