Don't worry he will be fine. Since u say it's bringing out water although not 100% sure it is called Alefo in my area it happens to children that are big. Baby augmenting ( antibiotic) will be OK. Then always apply powder like agnesia to the affected areas. So the water coming out will not touch other places. Due to the weather don't wear thick clothes for the baby.
