@Ofoegbu28008, no need then. Not all babies show teething signs. My friend's baby will just wake up & u will see teeth. He has 8now. But my own son! Hmmmm. Like a week bfr d teeth comes out,he will refuse to swallow food. He will vomit,he will hv fever,so restless all thru d night. Crying uncontrollably. It is only then I gv him bonabebe. bfr then,pcm only fr fever. If no sign, I gv nothing. Hope u get me ma?

@Ofoegbu28008, u knw their liver and kidney are still very tender. I feel somehow pouring stuff into deir system like dt on a regular basis. infact, if my baby is nt hvng any issues with sleeping I dont touch bonabebe at all. Just paracetamol only. when he's restless+fever+difficulty in sleeping, I gv him bonabebe.

@Ofoegbu28008, I prefer it cos it is not as strong as babyrex. Babyrex is good too but it is very very strong. I consider it to be too strong fr an infant body system.

Agnes ha gvn u all d signs. As fr stooling,if there is mucus then uts an infection n shd b treated as an emergency. As fr drugs. Pls do not gv any drug if your baby is not running temperature beyond normal(over 37 degrees). Please check with a thermometer first. If it exceeds that, gv Paracetamol not babyrex bonabebe. They both contain Chlorampheniramine which is not needed for high temperature. However,if your baby has trouble sleeping, yes u cn gv bonabebe or babyrex. I prefer bonabebe.

He /she will be salivating, rub any object on his gum, refuses food ,temp mostly on d forehead n some stool. You can give but from 3months upward is better n once u place him on babyrex don't add paracetamol should d baby is running temp. Is either u give pcm or babyrex.
