In addition to what has been earlier suggested, if it's rashes batter Shea butter with petroleum jelly and a tube of baby tribotan, if no rashes then Shea butter or jelly is just ok

Skineal is not advisable to be used on a baby's tender skin why not try baby tribotan as earlier suggested

Pls I will advice you get tribotan baby, bcoz that has been made specially for babies
