I did hsg last year, precisely sept 20, I had my next period on Oct 4, I tested positive to pregnancy on Nov 9, I gave birth on July 1st precisely 4 weeks ago.. HSG works, within 3 months u r supposed to see its result. I pray God does urs like he did for me. Cos I got pregnant immediately I did it..

So d dye helped to clean mine. Chk frm Google too... It helps conception if all other fertility issues were ruled out. Good luck @mrs fred

Ist.... mk sure u r doing it with a very good Radiologist in a gd hospital bc fallopian tubes r very delicate. I did mine and conceived same month i did it. Was lucky d chief radiologist did mine it wasn't painful as some pple told me, whn i asked him, he said it depends on d skill of d person doing it.HSG does 2tins.... Helps to clean d tubes if d blockage were minor and chk if dey r totally blocked. If dey r blocked d dye wont go tru. D radiologist said my tubes weren't blocked but not free,

In addition to what Mrs Oluoma said, some people mit b lucky enough nd conceive immediately after d test. Bt make sure ur not d only one your doctor is checking. Most times we shy away from telling men to go run a test. I pray God bless you with the fruit of the womb soon Amen.

I forgot to add, in case there is an issue with ur womb or tubes, that's when your doctor can offer treatments ,God forbid any issue. Like I said earlier, there is nothing God cannot do. I pray blesses you with the fruit of the womb. Amen

Hsg is done to check if your Fallopian tubes are blocked or not and it also checks your uterus It is part of the fertility test doctors conduct when you have difficulties in getting pregnant. I did mine 2yrs ago, my uterus and my tubes were OK. That didn't still make me get pregnant immediately. I had to seek the face of God and I conceived this year. So I wish you all the best and trust God for his mercies.
