Relax dear.. I know it is really something of concern but please take care of your baby first till six month when he starts eating other meal you can then start reducing ur carb in take and do more of fruit and vegetables you will be amazed at what you will get ... Speaking from experience

My dear I gave birth thru cs too...you don't have to press ur tommy ....and yes u can take uda and uziza but not with hot drink....ur tommy will go inside gradually
