Happy week end my ever wonderful moms and docs in the house. Pls my baby's poo is hard and she groans whenever she wants to poo. Pls what can I do? I feed her with pap mixed with nan2. She is 7months. Thanks a lot.

Oranges and pineapple are not safe for kids less than a year cos of its acidic content. Give lots of water as advised and give watermelon juice, its safe and effective.
