So sorry about your loss. May God strengthen you through this time and grant you double for your trouble. As for the breast,avoid stimulating the nipples.So when you have milk let down, gently press with lukewarm or cold water so as to stop the flow and give you relief. Also,wear a good supporting bra that will hold the breast firmly so as to reduce the pain you feel from moving around. You can also try putting a few leaves of cold cabbage over the nipples in your bra
