I also took duphaston at week 6 for just 20days.. But I don't think it is safe to take it wen ur baby hasn't gotten an heartbeat.. Wait till wen scan shows heartbeat before you start taking it.

I had dsame experience but my doc gave me duphaston Nd ask me to stay on bed rest which I am now, so u need rest
