Good evening mummies and doctors, please i gave birth through cs and my baby is 4weeks, my tummy is still very big and strong, please how can i reduce

Dont do anything so that you will not break the sutures, it will come down.

Pls don't press with hot water, just do as mummy Alice said, it will come down, always drink hot peppersoup, hot tea(not too much milk so that ur wound will heal fast)

It would come down. But what I did was that I use hot towel on the upper Belle not the place of the cs. U can use waterproof to cover the cs place so dat water wil not touch it. Wen u use the towel don't pres it jus place on ur stomach each time you bat. I repeat don't press it and not on the cs place. Please. Hot pepper soup and hot tea folo. I did it and if you see me u won't know I gave birth Tru cs. I'm 4 months now

I think you should be drinking warm water to burn out the fat. My friend had cs twice. When I saw her, I thought she was pregnant. Her tommy is like that of a pregnant woman.

I also gave birth through cs last month the stomach will come down pls don't press with hot water it will come down gradually,my stomach is not as big as then,its a gradual process. Please with your drugs.
