Pls take enough fruits more than carbohydrate ,drink water often,so as to avoid constipation dear.Thereby enabling you to poo wit ease to avoid suture breakage.

Yea Seatbath with warm water n little salt do it 3-4time, like my Doc said anytime u use d toilet. Then buy Diclofanc sups to insert inside ur anus to reduce d pain n soften ur poo. Not Hot water oooo. U can use ur hand to pass d warm water ur vagina gently. I am on it n it works

Do sitz bath with warm and salt dont use DETTOL please. Use a bath that ur bombom can enter inside and you will sit inside it for some time. Do it morning and nite b4 bathing. Take paracetamol, did they give u any antibiotics in the hospital. Be careful not to break the sutures with HOT water bcos resuturing is more painful. Tk kia you will be relieved. Then you can change to a smaller pad.
