Hello Enoabasi, pls don't give your baby any drug . no offence pls. If it is not heat or hunger( did your baby get enough milk over the night?). It can also be the tommy/ navel pain , I will advice you massage (soft massage)it with very clean clothe + hot water ( not terribly hot) 3 to 4 times daily . pls no drugsssss . better still see your doctor
