My son was also doing same, until I took in to the doctor and I was asked to express for him,.....wat came out was not even up to 20ml... He was then placed on formula to augment wit the breast and since then he has been playing and sleeping well So my advise, try to express and see how much milk u re producing to confirm if the milk u giving him is enough or not. If not enough Pls try and add formula in order not to starve ur baby
