If is fontanelle, hmmmm u better go to elewe omo for herbal treatment. And it also disfigure d head if not properly care for. He won't sleep well mostly at night .

Is the fontanelle (call Awuje in yoruba) depress in? Hope he is feeding well, could be a sigh of dehydration
