Sm babies hv sensitv skin. If your baby does,drastically reduce oily stuff like shear butter n coconut oil. Rather mix it with a good body lotion like aveeno sebamed or chicco just bfr rubbing on ur baby's skin. Dt has worked fr me & a couple of friends

@Rachael13101, oil on rashes makes it worse from my experience & dt of a couple of friends. I stopped applying coocnut oil on my boys head fr three days & d rash on his forehead cleared wtht applying anything
