I can testify to the effectiveness of bonnisan. My son had serious tummy pain for 4 days. Went to the hospital and doctor prescribed bonnisan. It works like magic. 2.5ml twice daily for seven days (dats what doc prescribed). You can talk to ur doctor also.

Yes doc is right, maybe he/her diaper is wet,and when he/her stomach makes noise or he squeeze his body it means stomach pain ,I suggest u buy Infacol it works more than Naspamin and Grape water, those is expensive 3500,
