For the sweat it is normal most especially if he is fat, and for the food watch what you eat and drink more water. If you have introduce food make it light

As for the sweat, its normal because my baby sweat like that and the Doctor say it's okay and for his poo, make his food light if he is on formula and if he is on breastmilk,watch what you eat.
