Pls mums, if a doc is not prescribing antibiotics, dont give it to ur babies pls...its not an over the counter drug in developed countries.

I wouldn't be quick to give antibiotics. If it's not watery and not bloody, it may be nothing to worry about.

The zinc should be 10mg daily for 10 days regardless of whether the stooling has stopped . Thats if its diarrhoea

No is not, but how often? Is it watery? If watery give ORS & zinc 10mg 2times. Then you can add septrin syr if it persist for 1wk.
