It's also happened to my baby. U can try the above, also, make sure he takes warm water in BTW meals. U can also use Ur last finger or cotton bud wt Vaseline Into his/her anus. Or use put warm water into his anus. Above all, make sure u are mixing the milk as stated in the milk tin.

Try to take enough oranges and if u don't mind u can squeeze a little into water and give him it will help
