All this things depends on the skin of the baby... Am using both cream and powder and my baby is very much okk 100%

Use local black soap and mix baby tribotan or cacatin in what ever you are using as his cream

Don't use powder for him until he's 6months

Until the rashes are gone creams and powders actually are the cause of this rashes they block the pores of the tender skin of your baby and it result to rashes

Stop using both cream and powder it helped my baby alot because I have a big baby and he use to have alot of rashes and I got this advice from the midwife and it has been working for me.... When you bath ur baby u can put oil on his hair and do every other thing but pls don't rub any cream or powder and be careful how you expose him to air so that he doesn't get into trouble.
