Kernel oil very good. Use a small baby mouth cloth dip into warm water to clean baby's tongue. That's what I do from birth.

My grandmother calls kernel oil, African gripe water and it is very effective. It's very useful for many things but officially in a Nigerian hospital setting, you'd be yelled at for that. A tea spoon or two for colic good.

8 times daily for gripe water is too much,plss it's only when he is in pains.. N colic happens almost same time everyday,others could be gas

for colic pain, i use gripe water for my baby, give him 8 times daily as advised by my Nurse n its helping him. my baby is exactly a month old today too (4wks3days old)

yes, just drop tho while bathing him morning n evening. my mum actually initiated dat n it helped cleared flu my baby had from birth.
