As a pregnant woman, your only pain killer is paracetamol, nothing else. I repeat nothing else. Else you will do more harm than good. I hope you haven't taken the chloroquine and prition yet, please don't take those drugs. Chloroquine is outdated for us and not used in pregnancy. Prition is not typical so safe. Paracetamol for the waist pain. Walk around, relax your mind and eat healthy.

@Jennie, my dear please be careful on drugs you take now and never force yourself to poo at the stage you are now your not poking now is only helping to make the baby develop strongly it happen to me at early stage of pregnancy and I was advise not to force myself but keep taking lot of fruits and water so when is time to poo it won't be strong
