If you exclusively breast feeding her, you should be fine. If your baby is passing gas as well, you need not worry. Red flags are when you start seeing difficulty pooing, red jelly like poos or blood with poo. If you still feel concerned, see a Paediatrician.

Yes put warm water in his anus while bathing him.

When bathing him give him water to drink immediately and try puring warm water into his bombom he will surely poo it works for my baby.Make sure the water enters d hole
