For walking buy him a walker! Also massage from thigh down with mentholated cream when bathing him.

Don't worry he will soon start running around your home giving glory to GOD! As for the eating blend rice, yam noodles anything you want him to eat and add milk and small pap. He will eat it well. But make sure you boil them plain no salt.
