I agree with Godsown. Red tabs are iron supplement for blood and appetite. Paracetamol just in case of pains though it rarely works.

Take all d drug daily then paracetamol shd b taken when u ave pain. And paracetamol shdnt be an everyday thing even when u ave pain. It's normal. It shall pass. All u need is d routine drug n rest not paracetamol.
