Pls don't use breast pump, it's same with breastfeeding. To stop the milk from coming out ur body needs to tell the brain that ur no longer breastfeeding, jst use cold or warm on it to reduce the pain and take any pain relief. It will dry up in few days

Please use any analgesic, preferably paracetamol. Also try and use a breast pump to express the breast milk. This should reduce the pain in the breast.
