Hello Joyce, as many have said, use ONLY ORS and continue breastfeeding very well. No antibiotics, no mixtures, no concoctions. Babies can become dehydrated fast and the extent may not be visible outward. If no improvement, waste no single second before going to the hospital. Take care

Get emzor ORS it comes with zinc tablet . Prepare a Sachet of in 75ml water n give her to drink also dissolve the zinc table in 5ml water n give the baby. The zinc tablet is one per day for ten days

if it's been on for days u can give her Raw pap to drink or administer mist kaolin or ivax(it's a mixture of kaolin n antibiotics).
