I agree with Olayemi. Not every one lactates before but there's a prob of you don't days after. Mine was always immediately after but for my third, it came a day after n wasn't free flowing. Pap and especially local palm wine helped

Body differs, not everyone lactate before they put to bed. I started lactating 2days after i gave birth
