I took Milo throughout my pregnancy, but don't take lipton. It is not good for the baby

Yes diff strokes for diff folks.i also took milo infact cold one to enable me to sleep at nite.but too much of everything isnt good

Well I will say different strokes for different folks..... I took Milo all thru my pregnancy even the day b4 delivery. However stop talking Lipton cause it contains caffeine which is not good for the baby

Pls avoid Lipton, u can go for pure cocoa, its very good for u
