Let's do this!!!Ok just to let u know I am not a professional but I know a bit about healthy routine.What we will need to get: Skipping rope or cloth drying rope , bottle for water because u will need to be hydrated.Please get fruits of your choice and stock at home. Cucumber and groundnut or garden eggs with groundnut.We will be jogging for 30min everyday of this week starting from Monday , if u cant jog just walk fast and also skipping 120 (you can divide it , morning and night)Please get a small plate for food henceforth, we need to watch our portion of food intake. Also let's get active at home this week don't just sit and watch others do the house chores for you. It is not easy but just try
