Good day .. Please I need help. I got stitch during birth and I was told to sit in warm water with salt. I think I am healing but the place is itching

No anti botic(ampiclux, paracetamol, vitamin C,and flagen, and blood capsules like Ashfer Etc. Hope you understand the spelling.
