@Juliet22477, the temperature of ur bathing water,salt,dettol in a small wide bowl. My dear sit inside not on it. Mk sure ur bom,d stitch area is inside of d water. U will see d diff in less dan 72hrs.

I had stitches too when I gave birth to my first child, d woman dat bathed me will just tell me to was d place with warm water and detol, 1month plus, d place refused to heal o. Until wen my sis asked me to sit in warm salty water morning n evening n apply Shea butter, dat was when I saw changes n d place healed.

I was taught after delivery never to sit on hot water. Infact ur bathingwater is ok. Just wash the area with ur warm bathing water which has purit in it. Shikena

If you had stitches, pls don't sit on hot water. Use warm water and use a big bowel that you can sit inside and the water cover you up (as in your bombom and virgy.) It will heal gradually. That's what I learnt at antenatal yesterday.

@Osezele, they gave me yellow vitamin c . and I have been taking lots of oranges. Should I discontinue the yellow and buy the white?

It shd heal within 3weeks frm delivery. Take lots of d white vitamin C. Yes u can sit in warm salty water
