Good day mums and doctors in d house. My baby is 10months and she finds it very difficult to poo. Each time she does it, she cries. She on friso-gold

Make her food lighter than usual. Try not to eat hard food also if she's breast feeding. I guess food and water goes separate ways in our tommy that's why despite the water she takes, she still finds it difficult to poo.

I concur with@princess make d friso a bit watery...not too watery ohh and don't give her all d time..give her other meal..d meal u take.

Have you given her fruits and try to introduce her to other meals that are high in fiber. Y not try watermelon, orange and other fruits. Maybe you should try reducing the thickness of friso-gold.

Castor oil is very good,my sister in-law's daughter had the same problem too & she was given castor oil & she can poo with ease now.
