Dear mummies and Docs in the house I have finally crossed into my second trimester, my first trimester morning sickness was very severe, now I can eat please I need suggestions of highly nutritious food for me and my baby(ies), been eating spaghetti and white oats for d past 1 week. Please suggestions, thanks.

Good morning. My first time and first. Am 11 weeks pregnant now and have been having hyperemesis gravidarum, its so bad that I got admitted every weekend from my 7 the week, d last was at my 9th week wen I was tested for and treated for malaria, the whole thing started again after 3 days then got about a week break and now I practically vomit everything I take in, am very weak, and fatiqued, my stomach always empty and couldn't keep my routine drugs in my stomach for d last 5 days. I do not know what to do, am hungry, weak, and have all the food aversions. Pls help
