Check her head for lines, I mean what Yoruba called orka, not sure of the spelling. It causes frequent poo in babies there by making them dd for more feed. Also what u eat can have effect on her, like liquid milk, beans and beans products, vegetable and even the amount of oil.

From my experience all u ve said about her poop are signs of diarrhea if the poop contains mucus, like catarrh.
