My dear don't give any drug to your baby except on docs prescription. He is too tender for self medication. Try massaging his back and chest with Mentholatum after bath morning and night. But try and see a doctor.

My baby does that too. I will advice you leave your baby it will go. And please to expose your baby to air too much. Always ensure you wear covered cloth for your baby and help to blow the nose with your mouth
