I use to have a friend who complained about not enjoying sex. He later consulted a sex therapist, the last time we chat, it has changed for her. You may try contacting a sex therapist.

We are on the same boat,I have accepted my fate, believing that one day medically I will find help. I've attributed my own case to circumcision, because I was circumcised as a baby.
