It depends on the kind of pain, cramps accompanies pregnancy bt continuous stooling in pregnancy is not good

And then be careful what u eat.wash ur veggies well with salt n maybe hot water for any u want to eat raw.n ur fruits too b4 eating.

In preg u don't take drugs anyhow.wen I had my first baby i had a serz stomach upset I went to my doctor n he just told me drink a lot of water so I did.but one day I ate amala n after eating it stop so I felt d iru inside d soup helped me. So I started cooking with it.
