Gud day docs and mum's pls am 24wiks 1 day gone and I have been taken a lot of cold water and nescafe for tea I hope it's safe and wouldn't affect

Even lipton is not a good subtitude for nescafe, cos dey both contain caffeign and thats the enemy. look for decaffeinated tea. dats tea that doesnt have caffeign. i use TETLEY DECAF
