Watch what you eat. Eat vegetable spinach especially and take orange when she sucks it will help her.

If it is only breast milk you are given him watch your food drink more water and eat fruit and vegetables but if you are given him something else make sure is not thick and give him more water (if you have been given him water before but if it is only breast milk don't bother to give him water breast milk is okay just drink more water)

Pls u have to watch what u eat, especially your bread intake, take enough water and fruit. And the baby is taking baby formula then make sure you use the Right measurement. Not too thick.
