@iphie, thanks dear. I have a breast pump, I tried using it once but my hubby asked me to stop cos it will still look as if am breastfeeding and the milk will continue to flow.

Use hot water and a warm towel to extract the breastmilk, try to look for other ways to stop the breastmilk from flowing to avoid mastitis.
