Take lots of fruits & veggie, especially watermelon & avocado pear,for me am taking evergreen natal care,it has everything, no need 4 folic acid cos its already der.enjoy

As for me....I take pregnatone.... it a very good vitabiotics. ...it contain all the essential your baby needs for growth...and pls don't take any other medication with it.....it's also good for lactating mothers as well....

Please I will advise you stop the pregnacare. In every rumor there is an element of truth. Although not yet out there I heard the drug has some ingredients that can deform baby especially the heart. A mutual friend of mine who works at PH teaching hospital gave us the info on the ongoing research. Like I said I don't know how true but I prefer to take my small small tablet, though irritating a times, but its better to be safe than sorry. Good luck.But if you continue, you don't need folic acid
