Good day wonderful mummies...I have been on EBF,now my baby is 3 months old and will be resuming work soon. Pls what kind of food can I introduce to her. Secondly pls help suggest a good milk that is not too expensive.

NAN 1 is sold at 2100 in my area and that is what am using for my baby and he is bouncing very well
