Good day wonderful mummies and Drs. Pls which cream can I introduce my 4 months + old baby girl to. I have been using coconut oil which was ok but all of a sudden she started getting dark and having rashes. I use Johnson soap. Plz suggest!

Hello mummies in da house... my baby girl is12 days old....I use angel oil on her skin and blue seal Vaseline on her bum bum.but she is having nappy rash on her bum bum and rashes all over her body...she seems to be getting dark too.. pls kindly suggest on how she can get over all these plzzzz
